   点火线圈的工作原理本质是电磁感应,当发动机运行过程中,发动机控制单元会根据发动机转速、负荷等工作状态控制点火线圈通断电。当初级线圈通电时,会在铁芯周围形成磁场;电流突然切断后,磁场快速变化,从而在次级线圈中产生高电压。产生的高压电随后传递至火花塞,使火花塞电极之间产生火花,点燃气缸内的可燃混合气,完成一次点火过程。随着发动机不断运转,点火线圈会持续进行这样的“通电—断电—升压”循环,为发动机提供稳定的点火能量。

An ignition coil can be understood as a “high-voltage converter” in the engine’s ignition system. It mainly consists of components such as the primary winding, secondary winding, and iron core.


The ignition coil works based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the engine is running, the engine control unit (ECU) controls the ignition coil’s energizing and de-energizing cycles according to operating conditions such as engine speed and load. When current flows through the primary winding, it generates a magnetic field around the iron core. When the current is suddenly interrupted, the magnetic field changes rapidly, inducing a high voltage in the secondary winding.


The resulting high voltage is then delivered to the spark plug, creating a spark between its electrodes. This ignites the combustible air-fuel mixture inside the cylinder and completes the ignition process. As the engine continues to run, the ignition coil repeatedly performs this “energizing–de-energizing–voltage transformation” cycle, providing stable ignition energy for the engine.
