   车辆发动机工作时,内部燃油燃烧、机械运转会产生极高温度,高强度行驶、高温暴晒环境下温度会持续飙升。如果热量无法及时散出,发动机会瞬间过热报废。水管串联整套冷却系统,循环输送冷却液,将发动机缸体、缸盖的高温冷却液输送到水箱散热,再把降温后的冷却液回流至发动机内部,不断带走多余的热量,让发动机始终维持在安全工作温度。

   When a vehicle's engine is running, fuel combustion and moving mechanical components generate extremely high temperatures. During heavy driving or under scorching summer conditions, engine temperatures can climb even higher. If this heat cannot be dissipated in time, the engine can quickly overheat, resulting in catastrophic damage.

   The engine coolant hose is a vital part of the entire cooling system. It continuously circulates coolant, carrying the hot coolant away from the engine block and cylinder head to the radiator, where the heat is released. The cooled coolant is then returned to the engine, removing excess heat and keeping the engine operating within a safe temperature range.

Rapid Engine Overheating


   水管爆裂后,冷却液会在短时间内漏光,发动机温度会直线飙升至120℃以上,快速出现“开锅”现象。此时如果没有及时停车熄火,继续行驶几分钟,就会出现缸体变形、活塞拉缸、轴承烧坏等不可逆致命故障。

   Once the cooling hose bursts, coolant leaks out completely in a short time, sending engine temperature soaring over 120°C and triggering coolant boiling rapidly. If you fail to pull over and shut off the engine immediately and keep driving for a few more minutes, irreversible fatal damage will occur, including cylinder block warping, cylinder scoring, and spun bearings.

突发半路抛锚

Unexpected Breakdown on the Road


   行驶中突然机舱冒烟、动力骤降、车辆顿挫,只能紧急靠边停车。如果是高速、高架、车流密集路段,临时停车极易引发后车追尾、剐蹭事故,不仅耽误行程,更埋下重大安全隐患。

   If a coolant hose bursts while you're driving, you may suddenly notice smoke coming from under the hood, a significant loss of engine power, and severe hesitation or jerking, forcing you to pull over immediately.    冷却系统各部件联动工作,水管爆裂缺水后,高温会持续损坏水箱、水泵、节温器、散热风扇等核心配件。单根水管故障,最终可能导致整套冷却系统集体损坏。

   All components of the cooling system work together. Once a coolant hose ruptures and coolant is lost, the resulting high temperatures can continue to damage critical parts such as the radiator, water pump, thermostat, and cooling fan. Self-Inspection Guide for Cooling Hoses



肉眼直观检查

Visual Check


   打开发动机舱,重点检查上下两根主冷却水管及各分支细水管,着重查看管路弯折处、接头卡扣位置,有无渗水、发白水渍、管壁开裂、局部鼓胀等问题。

   Open the engine bay and inspect the upper and lower main cooling hoses and all branch pipes. Focus on bends and clamp joints for signs of seepage, white water stains, cracks or bulges on the hose surface.

手感检测

Tactile Check


   用手轻捏水管管壁,感受橡胶软硬;同时检查水管两端固定卡扣,确认无松动、位移、锈蚀脱落。如果水管发硬、开裂、卡扣损坏,需及时检修更换。

   Gently squeeze the hoses tocheck the rubber firmness. Alsoinspect the retaining clips atboth ends of the hoses toensure they are not loose,displaced, rusted or broken. Ifthe hoses are stiff, cracked, orthe clips are damaged, timelyrepair or replacement isrequired.


冷却液状态

Coolant Level & Quality


   观察副水壶液位,液面需保持在 MIN(最低)与 MAX(最高)刻度之间;若冷却液频繁亏损,说明管路存在渗漏,同时留意冷却液有无浑浊、变质、杂质堆积。

   Check the coolant expansion tank. The fluid level must sit between the MIN and MAX lines. Regular coolant loss points to a leak. Also check if the coolant is murky, degraded or full of sediment.
